Unlock Timeout Setting Not Working

I set a quick unlock 4-digit passcode and set the unlock timeout for 5 minutes. A full 30 minutes later, I was able to log back into my 1Password application using only the 4-digit unlock pass. This is a bug.

1Password 4.0b11 on an HTC One running Android Kitkat 4.4.2.
