First run of b47: Unlock vault (iPad in Landscape)

A small visual glitch in 4.5b47: The passphrase field is briefly shown, then slides off the screen when the keyboard pops up. You can still type into the field, and hiding the onscreen keyboard does restore the field's visibility.
