can't update

in Android

went to launch the app there was Ann update. downloaded it but can't install. hitting the install button does nothing. can only hit cancel. dead in the water. can't open the app. can't get past the upgrade. please help.

    Hey! Let's figure out what's going on. First, please ensure installation from Unknown Source is enabled. To enable this option, please follow these instructions below:

    1. Go into Settings -> Security on your Android device
    2. Check the box beside "Unknown Sources" to allow installations from apps outside of the Google Play Store
