Can't sync 1P 3.8 with 1P 4.2 [Update: It works fine]
old laptop running Snow Leopard 10.6.7 and 1p 3.8.21 (build 32009)
won't sync via Dropbox (latest)
with newer mac running OS X MAvericks 10.9.2 and 1p 4.2.2 (422001)
The "1Password.agilekeychain" clearly is syncing, (Date Modified in Finder is today)
I go to preferences in 1p3.8 to try the Data File clearly points at that correct, recently updated keychain file.
When I go to "Choose Another..." to try and repoint it at that file, the file itself is greyed out.

I'm sorry you're having trouble with successfully Dropbox syncing all of your 1Password data between your Macs.
Please give this a try:
Add a uniquely titled Secure Note item on each system/device and make sure syncing has completed.
Log in to 1PasswordAnywhere and let us know which items (if any) are missing there.
Check each system/device and let us know which items (if any) are missing on which system/device.
That will help us better isolate what isn't working properly, then we can further troubleshooting from there. Thanks! :)
