Not able to right-click to enter username/password on Captive portal. Any fix ?

I get this screen sometimes whenever I go to the library. I'm not able to right-click to enter username/password on this Captive portal screen. I have to enter username/password manually and then i'm able to browser on my normal safari browser. I tried going on the Safari browser but nothing comes up. Any fix to enter username/password on Captive portal using 1P ?

Hi @stamatgeorge,
It doesn't appear that the popup window is a Safari window. Am I correct?
