Cannot restore from crashed computer

I have re-installed my mac and recovered the backup files from my tome backup. When I try to restore it shows all the files, but nothing happens.
I have full rights on the files. The log files gives me:
Error Domain=com.agilebits.onepassword.ErrorDomain Code=1206 "Unable to restore database because a backup or restore is already in progress." UserInfo=0x61000027d100 {NSLocalizedDescription=Unable to restore database because a backup or restore is already in progress.}

This is after a fresh restart of the mac and first time opening the application.

    Please try to quit both 1Password and 1Password mini by holding down the Control key and selecting "1Password > Quit 1Password and 1Password mini" menu.

    Let us know if restarting 1Password again fixes the issue.
