Rich Icons Not Working in 4.3 Mac App Store Version

I've had this problem for quite a while now. I have no rich icons at all when I add a new entry or edit an old one. I am running Mavericks 10.9.2 and I have the 'Use rich icons' box checked in Preferences. What can I do to fix this problem?

    Have you tried un-checking Use rich icons, fully quitting 1P4 (⌃ + ⌘ + Q), re-starting and trying again to enable rich icons?
