First Two Things I tried didn't work [resolved]

Just bought this tonight. Switching from using Safari's password manager. I'm using Safari on a Mac, updated to latest Safari version. The VERY first thing I tried using this program for, I got the error message: Cannot Fill item in web browser. Also, now that I've created an account of these boards, I get the same error when trying to use it to log in here. What the hell? I went to the trouble shooting page. I did download this from the mac app store. Is this going to be a royal pain in my ass now? How do I "ensure your browser .app files are stored in the /Applications folder?" And is that all I need to do?

    I fixed it. Turns out it was Sophos that was the problem, not that I'd downloaded it from the Mac store.

    Glad to hear you fixed it! :)

    Sophos blocks the WebSocket connection between 1Password mini and the browser extensions, therefore must be configured for 1Password to work correctly.
