What are the things that would keep my iPad 1Password from syncing with my iMac & iPhone 1Passwords

My iMac & two iOS devices were syncing until I changed my Apple ID password. Now the iPad isn't syncing but the iPhoone & iMac are syncing. The iPad iCloud setting for Docs & Data is turned on. Perhaps I've in put the wrong password in iCloud > Account on the iPad. What am I missing?

    Hi @royofsf‌

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with iCloud right now. The first things to check here are that you are logged in with the same iCloud account on all computers and devices. I'm glad that you've checked on the Docs & Data setting - that's important too! If you are logged in with the same account everywhere, we can reset sync to give things a bit of a kickstart:

    • On your iOS devices, open 1Password 4 for iOS, tap Settings > Sync, and toggle iCloud to OFF.

    • On the Mac, open 1Password 4 for Mac, and click the 1Password menu, then Preferences. Click Sync, and click Change syncing.

    • Check the box to remove the data from iCloud and confirm that you want to disable sync.

    • Restart the Mac and iOS devices.

    • On the Mac, go back to the Sync preferences, and enable iCloud.

    • Wait about 20 minutes to give iCloud time to run the initial sync to all devices.

    • Go back into the iOS app and re-enable iCloud sync. It should work this time.

Megan - I forgot to restart everything. That did it. Thanks.
