Feature Request Two-Factor Authentication status buttons

I would like to suggest a status button to acknowledge whether or not two-factor authentication is available for the entry.

If the two-factor authentication is not available, then the button remains clear.

If the two-factor authentication is available, then the button turns yellow.

If two-factor authentication has been ENABLED, and at least one of the below suggested fields has been filled then the button turns green.

(Please remember to have some other kind of simultaneous indicator for the colorblind.)

If two-factor authentication button indicates that it is available then a new section appears in the entry with several new fields.

Suggested fields included:

Telephone used for text authentication

Application used for authentication

Alternate email used for authentication
