New User: first backup failed.

My wife has a newish MB Pro running Mavericks and just installed 1Password 4 for Mac and 1Password for iOS 7.

She chose to Sync via WiFi.

All went well until, in 1Password preferences, she went to make her first backup and was greeted with the alert: Backup Failed. 1Password failed to create a backup: error domain=agile.com...

What do I tell her to do?

    Ignore the OP question. Found this and it fixed the problem:

    Please refer to Why does my 1Password Backup keep failing? for a possible solution and let us know if that (restarting 1Password mini) doesn't work for you.
