can't see dropbox password
I can see passwords (concealed until I roll over and click "reveal") for all of my logins except Dropbox, which I'm also using to sync with other mac and my iphone. Dropbox is also running in the background, always logged in. In 1Password, I can only see username and website until I click "edit," but even after that it only shows the black dots of the concealed password. If I click into the password box it goes blank. I have option to generate a new password, but no option to copy or reveal. If I try to right click, the cut/copy/paste menu options are all grayed out. Same when I click on web form details. What's going on? And how can I ever find out what my dropbox password is?? I don't seem to have this problem for any of my other logins.

What happens if you press the option/alt key: does that display the password?

Same problem, black dots and when I click into the window, even with alt/option key, still goes blank. :(

I am sorry to hear about the trouble with 1Password! Lets figure out whats going on. Would you mind sending us a screenshot of what you see to support+forum@ agilebits .com? To take a screenshot on Mac, press command-shift-3. This should save the image to your desktop - just add it as an attachment to your email! Please make sure that there is no sensitive information visible in your screenshot.
We'll take a look and figure out what is going on.

i have attached a bunch of different shots, roughly in order of when i'm going through the windows. for what its worth i'm using dropbox to sync with another mac and my iphone. dropbox is in the top menu bar always running (image also attached).

Thanks for the screenshots.
It looks like a password for your Dropbox item was not saved properly, for some reason. If you don't know what your Dropbox password is, you will need to go through Dropbox's Forgot password page here:
https://www.dropbox.com/forgot
Then, once you have a new password for Dropbox, try saving it in the Password field in 1Password.
