Suddenly the 1Password will not open on my iPhone 4S

I click on the icon. Tt attempts to open. Does not even get to the page to put in the PW. I do not even see in my pragrams under Settings to tell you what version I have! Imagine the trouble one can be in without the password file!! Pl Help!!

I do not have any issues with the rest of the apps on my phone
