Watchtower report is incorrect for Paypal [Fixed in the latest database update for Watchtower]

So watchtower tells me "Vulnerability alert - change password" for my Paypal password.

But the Lastpass Heartbleed checker reports

Site: www.paypal.com
Server software: Not reported
Was vulnerable: No
SSL Certificate: Safe
Assessment: This server was not vulnerable, no need to change your password unless you have used it on any other site!

Which is correct, and why the discrepancy?

Watchtower also reports a vulnerability alert of some banking sites that I would not expect to be vulnerable, though it is possible that they are.

    There's a comment about this here, in the beta forum. You'll see MikeT has promised improvements.

    Hi @danco,

    If you click on Update Database in 1Password's preferences for Watchtower, it should now correctly take Paypal off the list.

    Can you tell me which banks are still showing up as vulnerable? If you want, you can send me a private message with these banks, and I'll check on them for you.
