download problem

I downloaded the zip file for 1Password 4. I get the zip file on my desktop. When I double click, it looks like something loads, but nothing happens, no guide to set-up, no evidence that its in my applications folder. I'm confused. Advice?

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with installing 1Password!

    When double-clicking on the zip file, another file should appear in your Downloads folder called "1Password 4.app". You can then move this into your Applications folder and run it from there.

    Let me know if that is not what is happening!
