Secure Notes Locks Up Using 4.5

After upgrading to 4.5 for iPhone and iPad Mini, I finally got the iPad Mini to sync. Now another problem. Each time an entry is made to "Secure Notes" on my iPad Mini, it locks up the app when SAVE is clicked. It is becoming obvious that 4.5 was not properly tested prior to launch. Any advice on how to get a fix for the latest issue would be appreciated.

    Jerry, I'm sorry for the trouble you're having. Can you give me some more steps that I can use to recreate this problem?

    Rooni - Nothing complicated. Just trying to add a note. Typed some text, clicked SAVE and it locks up. Back out 2-3 time before it releases and I can log in again. Adding login information is not a issue. Only in the notes area.
