syncing problems with newly added imac [moved to email]

Hi,
I am having trouble(I hate to say it...again..)with syncing my secure notes and also the logins on my newly installed imac.
I have the following working for purposes of this question:

1pw ver 1.0.9.340 on a PC
1pw ver 4.4 on an existing imac
and have now added a 2nd imac running 1pw ver 4.4 also.

I cannot seem to get all secure notes and logins to showup on the newly installed imac or the new secure note from the newly installed imac to show up on the other two machines as noted above.

imac #1 shows 209 logins, 20 secure notes
PC shows 208 logins and 20 secure notes
imac #2 shows only 78 logins and 1 secure note which I just added today on that same machine.

All are set to sync through Dropbox and have synced according to 1pw within the last few minutes.

When I look in dropbox I find a folder named 1 Password and inside, a file named 1 Password.agilekeychain.
Additionally, inside Dropbox(not in a 1 Password folder) is a file named 1 Password.agilekeychain.
The path shown in 1pw on the imacs is my name >(folder)Dropbox>file 1Password.agilekeychain.

I suspect this is the source of the trouble, but do not know enough about the sync process to continue.

Any help would be appreciated.

    I am sorry to hear about the trouble with 1Password! Lets figure out whats going on.

    Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report from both of your Macs?

    Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@ agilebits .com

    Thanks for sending the reports, @gglaze8. I've tracked down the second one you sent and am still looking for the first. Did you mail it from a different email address?

    I did not send it to a different email address. I received a note from gmail that the email was not deliverable.
    I sent it again just now.
