1P3 to 1P4 on iPhone / 1P3 won't backup to DropBox
I have 1P3 Pro on my iPhone 5S. I want to upgrade to 1P4 on my iPhone (I have already purchased the app, had installed on iPhone, but read where I should backup 1P3 to DropBox first, then install 1P4 on iPhone, then import backup to 1P4). I need to backup to DropBox but can't; 1P3 says: Login (to DropBox) failed. "Please make sure email and password (for DropBox) are correct Error (null)". I know that my email and password for DropBox are correctly entered, but 1P3 still won't backup to DropBox. Therefore, I can't import backup to new 1P4.
HELP, Please.

Now I actually have a BLACK SCREEN when I open 1P3. In big trouble, right?

Dropbox has discontinued the API that 1Password 3 for iOS uses, so unfortunately 1Password 3 for iOS is no longer able to sync with Dropbox. You can read more about this situation here: http://blog.agilebits.com/2013/08/08/1password-3-dropbox-sync-faq/

If you're still having this trouble, could you please try fully quitting the app, then re-opening it?
