Password changes not syncing from browser to app - 10.9.3, 3.8.21

Hi
it seems that changes made to passwords in safari are not making it back to the main app. I get the confirmation message to save the information, but it doesn't make the change in the main application.
I don't have any more info, but it seems like at least one other person here is having the problem so I want to confirm that it is happening.
