Thinking of buying, totaling costs.

I'm thinking of buying 1PW, but need to run it on multiple devices, and my wife and 2 kids would like to use it. It appears that even if I buy a family pack, I still need to additionally buy iOS versions for each family member who is using the MacOS version. Is this correct? I'd certainly prefer buying one "thing" that allowed use on all of my connected devices.

    It depends a lot on how you have your iTunes account(s) set up. If you used a family iTunes account that everybody shared then a single purchase of 1Password 4 from both the App store and the iTunes store would cover all devices. Basically, Apple allow you to install and use an app on multiple devices (no crossover from OS X to iOS though), the only requirement being they are logged into that Apple account.

    If on the other hand each person has their own iTunes account then you're correct, a family pack direct from AgileBits plus multiple purchases of the iOS version would be required.
