My question now is my wife and I share an Amazon account.
Me on an iMac where I’ve installed 1Password. She on a P.C.
I want to have !Password generate a password. to replace the one we now use. How do I achieve that? Will my wife still be able to share the Amazon account and log on using 1Password?

    I'd be happy to help you out here. There are two ways that this can work out:

    1. If your wife has 1Password installed on her PC: you can share your database using Dropbox so that she can access all your shared Logins and use the browser extensions to fill information the same way you can on your Mac.
    2. If 1Password is not installed on the PC, your wife can still access your shared Logins using 1PasswordAnywhere. This is a handy service that allows you to read-only access your 1Password database through Dropbox's website. All you have to do is sync your keychain to Dropbox.
