Difficulty installing 1PW extension

I am having difficulty doing this install. I'm using Safari 7.0.4 under OSX 10.9.3. Followed the instructions to do the download, double clicked file but the file disappears without actually installing the key symbol on Safaris top line. I have the 1PW mini installed. Any advice on how to rectify?

    Problem solved - it just required me to Customise Toolbar to move it to the top row
