Auto Fill fail for Mac and iPad

When auto fill failed for - .edu - iPad I attempted your knowledge base recommended fix by creating that login in account on my Mac which after syncing to iPad, should then function properly. The fix failed on iPad and further, the auto fill for this login failed on Mac as well. Please respond ASAP as this auto fill function is a 'core' asset - i.e. refund. My view: Working out code issues logic or otherwise should largely be completed prior to release. Auto fill function is one of several primary app assets, as such, I'm left to consider wether you missed it, or elected to address post release.

    I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password's filling right now. Usually re-creating the Login using the steps listed in our Save a New Login Manually guide does help 1Password re-learn the fields and fill correctly.

    If you could send along the URL that is giving you trouble, I'd be happy to do some testing here to see if we can't find a solution here. :)
