OS X 10.8.5, Firefox 29.0.1, 1Password 4.4.1 (Agile Web Store), Firefox 1Password extension 4.2.1

In Firefox the hotkey combo (Command+backslash) has no effect. Clicking on the Key icon in Firefox's menu bar restarts 1P Mini, then brings up frame "Looking for the 1Password app…The 1Password app must be installed for the extension to work properly." This is followed by an additional frame with buttons "Try again" and "Get the app!".

Clicking on Mini with focus on Firefox window shows as top menu item "Add Firefox Extension" even though Firefox shows it as installed and enabled.

Have deleted and reinstalled Firefox and the 1Password extension, and restarted computer; no change.

I recently installed Sophos and after similar problem with Safari discovered the need to add localhost to Sophos's allowed sites. Fixed issue for Safari but not Firefox. Not sure if there's a connection as I don't use Firefox frequently; issue may have started with 1Password 4.

    Hi @BillC,

So we can investigate, could you please email us a Diagnostics Report from your Mac, along with a link to this discussion, to: support+forum@agilebits.com

A brief comment here mentioning that you've sent the report would also be helpful. Thanks in advance!
