Uninstalled 1password

I had 1password supplied by Parallels. In error I performed an uninstall using CleanMyMac2. Unfortunately I now get notices that 1Password cannot back up.
It still seems to be running as it still asks for my 1Password password when I log in to certain websites. Presumably the uninstall wasn't complete. How can I completely eliminate 1Password or, at second best, restore it as I have no source available?
