NSInternalConsistencyException

I just upgraded to 1Password 4. I am trying to edit a credit card in my wallet, and I get the notice NSInternalConsistencyException with the note "Exception: Modal session requires modal window". I am unable to edit this credit card. What do I do?

    I get the same message if I try to add a new credit card.

    I'm sorry that I have no idea what's going on but it will help others to help you if you confirm:

    1. your OS X version;
    2. the exact version of 1P4 your are running and whether it's from the Mac App Store or purchased from AgileBits.

    In passing, have you tried deleting the 1P4 (by dragging it to the trash: don't use any app cleaner app) and reinstalling?
