I did participate in the beta at one point. Now I have an executable "Version 4.0b65 (400165)". Is that a beta release? It doesn't appear to be fully functional.
4.0b65 (400165) is quite an old 1Password beta version (build) that predates the initial 4.0 release. Do you also have another version of 1Password 4 installed that you're currently using, and is it from the Agile Web Store or Mac App Store?
