Import Software Info

Hello!

License Keeper is fantastic for importing numbers and information from an email. I would like to get it down to one program for all my stuff. IMHO, 1Password needs to add two functions to really make this feature great.

1) Import from email like License Keeper does
2) Attach the email or docs to the record easily.

This would be the coup de grace.

    Thanks so much for taking the time to write in to us about 1Password! That does sound like a good idea indeed.

    Did you know that currently you can import software information into 1Password by simply dragging the app's icon onto the 1Password icon in the dock? The amount of information imported will depend on what the app itself has made available, but it's a good place to start. :)

    You can also edit an item, then drag/drop your email message, document, etc. into the attachments field:
