Is it possible to share a password or a vault with an employee WITHOUT allowing them to reveal/ edit the password? From what I have been reading, this is not possible, but I think that's so bizarre - why would an employer want to share a password with an employee if doing so enables the employee to have full reign over viewing/ editing the password?? What happens when the employee leaves the company?

    Hi @ximenachristine‌

Thanks for the question! You're correct, at this time it is not possible to share a password without the person on the other end knowing what that password is, and having the opportunity to edit it. We've had a lot of requests for read-only vaults as a solution for business, and we would love to add that in the future.

For the time being, please have a read through our article here: Secrets can't be unshared, for advice on what to do if the need to unshare a vault arises.

I'm sorry I don't have a perfect answer for you here, but I hope this helps!
