How to make a link clickable

I've added some custom fields to a Server login. One of them is a website address

Is there any way to make it into a clickable URL?

    Hi @matt9,

    At the moment custom fields can have a Text or Password type. Support for other types is under consideration and I've made a note in our tracker that you've asked about having a clickable URL type. Thanks for your interest-request! :)
