1Password4 for Mac on Mavericks will not fill Login Info

For the last several months 1Password will no longer fill any of my passwords in Safari through the extension or the mini toolbar. I get a message saying code signature could not be verified. I have seen other posts on these forums stating similar problems but not one of the proposed solutions worked.

Screen grab of error is attached.

This has become a real pain point for me as 1Password was an essential workflow tool for me and this not working has created a huge headache.
