    hi < im experiencing the same issues here too.. please advise best approach... im a new 1pass user and am yet to get it working at all...

    Sorry to hear about the trouble! I've split your comment into a new discussion to avoid confusion, since there are a few separate issues mentioned in that other topic.

    First of all, could you please ensure that you have the latest version of Chrome?

    The current version is: 36.0.1985.125

    If that doesn't fix the issue, could you please email us a Diagnostics Report from your Mac, along with your forum username and a link to this discussion to support+forum@agilebits.com so we can investigate further.

    Also, in the email message, could you please include a few more details about the trouble your are experiencing? What steps are you taking, and what is or isn't happening the way you expect? Are you getting any specific error messages in the process?

    A brief comment here mentioning that you've sent the report would also be helpful. Thanks in advance!
