Why in 1Password (Settings / Security / Change Master Password / Password Hint) is option to ability Password Hint as passwords can not be reset / recall?

    OK. I've just found the answer to the above question. Password Hint I use when is an incorrect Master Password from Dropbox. Thank you:).

    The question is whether at all a good idea to type something in the PasswordHint?; not better for security to type the word None :)

    Hi @mac1‌,

    You can certainly put whatever you like in the hint field. It is mainly there for folks who have trouble remembering things. We do this because if someone forgets their Master Password, there is no way to recover their data. We've found that for some folks really like having a reminder. If it is not for you, you can put whatever you like in it. :)
