Out of sync

My Mac Pro (10.9.4) was out of Mac with all my iOS devices and other Macs. I disabled syncing on all devices, deleted 1p from all iOS devices, and then went back to my main Mac, and tried to restart syncing with iCloud from scratch. I received a message stating that 1P found existing data in iCloud and it will be merged. I have 143 entries, and it has been trying to sync for 10 minutes now, is that normal? Is there a way to delete the icoud data and start from scratch? Thanks

  • Hi @haddadlf‌,

Yes, you can remove sync data without removing the local copy of the data. To remove the iCloud sync data, try this:

    • Open System Preferences.
    • Click iCloud.
    • Click Manage next to the storage meter.
    • Click onepassword in the sidebar on the left, then Delete All on the right.

Now, restart all your devices. Sync your first device to iCloud, then wait about 20 minutes for the server to receive and distribute the data to the other devices. Then connect the other devices one at a time.

Let me know how that goes.
