Save Login Window Not Drawing Correctly

I downloaded the extension for Chrome and all worked correctly. I then downloaded the the Safari extension and immediately the Save Login Window would not draw correctly. An example is attached. The window always starts with a blank under the 'Save new Login' and requires you to click on either the expand/contract button for it to fill in. This occurs in both Safari and Chrome. Chrome is Version 38.0.2125.66 and Safari is Version 7.1 (9537.85.10.17.1). I have deleted the extensions on both and reinstalled with the same result

    This is fixed in the latest beta versions (thought I thought it was already fixed in the latest stable version). Can you tell me what version of the main 1Password app you have installed? That's where the "save Login" prompt comes from (not the extension, although that would be a good guess).
