Can't sync 1Password with my iOS devices

My MacBook pro 1password is correct and up to date but is not synching with my iPhone or iPad. I tried all that i can think of or read

    I am sorry we missed this thread, I just found this. Can you tell me if you got help from us elsewhere like at our email support?

    If not, I'd love to help you fix this. Can you tell me the following:

    1. What version of 1Password do you have on your iOS devices?
    2. What version of 1Password is on your Mac and which OS X version are you using?
    3. Which sync service are you using; iCloud, Dropbox, or Wi-Fi?
