I have been using 1P4 for Mac and Windows for several months now and I just wanted to comment how perfectly it is serving my needs. I try to keep all personal and confidential information off the Internet, so I wanted a password manager that could be synced across my three Macs and my wife's two Windows computers entirely within our home wifi network. I have been able to set up 1P4 this way, with no iCloud, Dropbox or other Internet syncing.

I never let browsers store or autofill my passwords, and I previously had to open a secure Excel password sheet every time I needed to remember a complex or seldom-used password. Now IP4 does everything for me and my life has been greatly simplified!
