1P 4.4.3 not extracting

The upgrade to 1P 4.4.3 is not extracting - not on my iMac and not on my iBook. Is there a problem with the upgrade or is it my computer(s)? I am running 4.4.2 on both computers. Thanks for the help in fixing this.
