Phone destroyed - how to retrieve 1password information

I fell and smashed iphone5 (had latest ios updates and not sure of version of 1password). I believe I updated 1password beyond V3.7 when i bought phone in january 2013. I had to revert back to old iphone 4 with V3.7 of 1password. Obviously syncing with icloud will not work since that version only has option of wifi or dropbox. Is there any way to retrieve the information I had on my iPhone5? or do I have to reset and rebuild all my passwords.
I have 1password 4.4.2 on my Macbook Air and have never used it .. just found it incredibly confusing compared to the app. I suppose I should find a tutorial and rebuild there and then sync that to the latest 1password app when I download it to my new phone when it arrives in November ?

Once you get back on the latest version of iOS (and the latest version of 1Password there) you can find sync instructions here:

Unfortunately 1Password 3.7 for iOS can only sync with 1Password 3 for Mac and only via WiFi.
