    Support from agile bits didn't respond to a message when queried. I'll try the link posted October 9th. It didn't work. I'm running Mac OS 10.9.5

    Hi @erbium,

    I'm sorry to hear it didn't work. I'm a bit confused because there should not be any more updates if you followed the instruction. What I mean is that 1Password 4.4.3 is the latest update and if you did the instruction, you should be running that version and therefore, 1Password should say there is no update available.

    Can you open the main 1Password app and go to the 1Password Menu > About 1Password, what version does it show?
