Problem upgrading to 1password5
The system launched an incorrect version of 1Password mini.
Instead of '/Applications/1Password 5.app/Contents/LoginItems' it started '~/Downloads/1Password 5.app/Contents/Library/LoginItems'.
Please make sure you have only one copy of 1Password on your Mac.
This is the message generated when I open 1password5 in Yosemite. No idea what it means. Grateful for any assistance.

This is a known issue. It means you have more than one copy of the 1Password app on your computer. You should only have one, and it should be stored in your /Applications folder.
Please remove all other copies and then restart your Mac. That should resolve the issue.
