Sync with both iCloud and Dropbox

Hi all,

Please help me understand if I need to purchase the App Store version of 1Password 5 for OS X. I currently use 1Password on my laptop (1Password 5, non-appstore version), iPhone and Linux (read only via HTML5 app). Syncing is configured via the Dropbox.

The question is can the App Store version of 1Password sync simultaneously via iCloud and Dropbox? I am trying to get a reliable iCloud sync on IOS and still be able to access password on Linux via Dropbox?

    Hi Vladimir,

    You can sync via Dropbox or iCloud, not both. We've found that a single sync method provides much smoother and more reliable syncing.

    If you need to sync to any non-Apple device, such as Linux, you will need to use Dropbox sync.
