"Search Title" includes content of field "user name"

When searching for entries in 1Password 5 for Mac, you can limit your search to either 'Search Title' or 'Search All Fields'.

But 'Search Title' is misleading as 'Search Title' also searches for user name.
When searching for all entries with your own name in the title automatically also all entries with your name in the field 'user name' appear, which for most users would be many, as the nemae often is part of the email address which often is the user name.
I think it should be changed to either work as indicated or to include 'user name' in the menu, if you think that this function is advantageous for other users – for me it is an annoyance.

Workaround:
select 'Show Search Options'. Here the search inside the field 'Title' does what it promises to do correctly.
