1password not filling login form for ANZ Bank

Using iOS 8.1 and 1Password extension to fill login form at https://www.anz.com/INETBANK/bankmain.asp but after selecting my login details from the 1P extension, no data is pasted into the form fields. 1P works correctly for the same website when accessing the same page via Safari on Mac OS X. Note I am accessing the full site from my iPad, not a mobile version.
