Bought both versions of 1Password, request refund
I previously bought 1Password from the AgileBits website store. Then I realised if I wanted to do iCloud syncing with my iOS devices, I needed the Mac App Store version, so I downloaded that too.
This means I've paid twice for the same bit of software. How can I claim a refund on one of the two licences?
By the way, I emailed this request to your support team, twice. It was ignored both times...

If you bought the web store version within the last 30 days, they will issue a refund. Otherwise, I doubt it.

Can you send me a private message with the email address you used to contact us, I can't find your emails anywhere in our support system or even in our store system.
