Adding zip files to login -> iCloud sync -> open on another computer -> file is corrupted

Hello community,

I recently purchased 1password5 again to have iCloud sync. To some logins I ad some compressed folders as a zip file. I'd like to open that on my MacBook Air that syncs 1password with iCloud. I open the login, drag the zip container back to desktop. I cannot open zip file.

This was something that worked with the 1password 5 app synchronized with a folder perfectly. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi @John Lose,

    Can you tell me the size of the compressed zip file? Also, how long have you waited before trying to extract the file? it is possible iCloud hasn't downloaded the encrypted file fully yet and it was a bit too early to try extracting it.

    Please try again to drag the file onto your desktop and see if it'll work.
