Refund?

I purchased 1password in mid-October with a money back guarantee. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get it to work across multiple platforms via Google Drive and have requested a refund from support. A ticket was opened a week ago (EWA-86497-954) and I can't get a response back. How do I go about getting a refund?
