Not receiving response from e-mail for support

Hi. I've e-mailed agilebits and haven't received a response since 11/01/2014. I purchased a Mac and Windows version bundle via your website. I'm requesting a code/coupon so that I can download the App Store version since that version is the only one that will allow for me to sync with iCloud. I've just sent another e-mail support ID number [#ZKU-77639-935]. Please do respond as it will be much appreciated.
