Updated to Yosemite, 1Password Disappeared, Now Not working in Safari

I updated to Yosemite and for some reason the 1Password program disappeared. I downloaded it again and it seems to be accessing all of my passwords ok as they came up when I ran the program. I installed the safari extension and the icon is up in the browser. However when i go to a password protected site, it doesn't prompt the way it used to and if i click on the icon it doesn't do anything. Any thoughts?

Do you see 1Password in your menubar (by the clock)? The icon should look like a keyhole.
