What is the simplest sync method?

Of the available sync mechanisms (Wi-Fi, iCould, Dropbox), which is simplest to implement and maintain from a software engineering perspective? I assume Wi-Fi would be simplest for your developers since it does not rely on 3rd-party software and restrictions.

    Each sync method comes with its own complexities. Of course with Dropbox and iCloud we are dealing with a 3rd party's APIs, and that can make troubleshooting and tracking down bugs more difficult. With WiFi people can have (either intentionally or unintentionally) some pretty crazy setups such as double NAT, multiple subnets or VLANs, firewalls, etc.

    I realize this is a very indirect answer to your question, but perhaps if we knew a little more about what specifically you're asking and why we might be able to provide more details.
